Hailing from Queensland's Sunshine Coast, alt-pop songstress DOOLIE created a stir after her well-deserved win at the 2016 Queensland Music Awards and landed herself as a finalist in the Most Promising Female Songwriter category, fielding interest from major influencers in the industry ever since.
2016 not only saw DOOLIE complete her final year of high school, but she also racked up some street cred working with gifted producer/sound engineer Elliot Heinrich (AYLA, Battleships, Pop Cult, Tempesst), and released her award-winning debut single Pristine.
She soon followed up with a second single - Exhale - that was shortlisted on 4ZZZs Hot 100 and released a music video of the same song that received airtime on MTV. She ended the 2016 year with an ACS Gold Award, further affirming her talent as an artist to watch.
On the live music scene, DOOLIE shows signs of a great front-woman; performing in a three-piece band to deliver a polished set of strong and percussive original alternative-pop songs. Elevated to a higher level with her impressive and powerful vocal range, these performances have caught the attention of booking agents and local festivals adding her to their line ups.
