By submitting an application for a stall at the Teneriffe Festival, the stallholder acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statement, which are available below.
The personal information collected by Iconic Productions and the Teneriffe Festival will be used for the purposes of fulfilling your stall requests. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, unless this is required or permitted by law.
Due Dates are as follows:
18th April – Applications open
06th May – Deadline for application submission
20th May – Successful applicants will be notified via email, including payment details
31st May – Deadline for payment
All stalls are to be set up by 8.00AM at the latest. Vehicles will not be permitted on site after 7.00AM. Please remember that the longer your set up takes, the earlier you need to arrive. Stallholders who arrive late will be required to walk their items into the site. Upon arrival, you will be directed to your general area where a market assistant will locate your site. All market staff will have clear, identifiable Market Minx Market Staff badges.
The event will take place across a number of roads including Vernon Tce, Ethel and Dath St in Teneriffe. Your site will be allocated by the organisers. You will not be able to request a site change for the event.
SATURDAY 2nd JULY, 10AM TIL 9PM
Please note: no vendors will be bumping out at 5pm as has occurred in previous years.
1. Vehicle access to the site is between 5.00 - 7.00 AM and from 5:00pm onwards (or as directed by the event organiser) – this is dependent on the crowd size at the time to ensure public safety.
2. Once you have unloaded your vehicle, and before you start to set up your stall, this vehicle must be moved from the festival site. Parking is available in the surrounding streets and your assistance in promptly parking off-site will be greatly appreciated.
Stallholders are to provide all of their own equipment required for the trading day including marquees, tables, chairs, gazebos, tents, etc.

If you are operating a Food Stall and are unsure about Brisbane City Council requirements for a “Temporary Food Stall License’” please contact the Brisbane City Council on 133 263 or visit the Council’s website at www.brisbane.qld.gov.aufor further information. All Food Stalls must have a current Temporary Food Stall Licence to operate.
We will supply power to your site as requested by you in the application form. Due to Workplace Health and Safety Requirements and the Electrical Safety Act Standards AS/NZ 3760 we are to ensure all participants understand the importance of electrical compliance at this festival. ALL EXTENSION CORDS MUST BE PROVIDED BY YOU TAGGED AND TESTED 25 MTRS AT LEAST
Each piece of equipment must display a current electrical tag unless, in the case of extension leads, they are less than 12 months old. Any untagged equipment and equipment that has not been specified on the application form will not be plugged in.
Extension leads cannot exceed the maximum length as set out in the standards (30 meters maximum length for 10A leads and 25 meters for 15A leads).
The running of electrical leads shall be undertaken only by the events electrical staff – under no circumstances will a stallholder be permitted to plug a lead into any power distribution box.
If you experience any electrical problems or faults these must be reported to, and dealt with, by the supervising electrician.
To comply with the Fire and Rescue Service ACT 1990 and the Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008, food outlets must have at least a 20B(E) Dry Chemical Powder (or equivalent) fire extinguisher. Any food vendors using a deep fryer must have a 40B(E) Dry Chemical Powder (or equivalent) fire extinguisher.
